Insurance Information

Hands of Hope Counseling and Support only bills as an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies.  All therapy services are billed private pay and the full amount is due at the time of each session.  Many insurance companies offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  This may be an option for coverage of therapy services if your EAP is willing to contract for an agreement with Hands of Hope.  An EAP covers a set amount of therapy services before then returning to regular insurance terms of coverage.

There is no sliding scale fee program offered.  However, there are many community mental health agencies and/or church programs that offer therapy services at reduced rates.
